Astrological Readings, Classes, and Services

 

Appointments can be canceled up to 7 days before the session for a full refund, less 5% card processing fees.

 

You are also allowed to reschedule once with Grand Trine Astrology. Reschedules are for available times.

 

Appointments canceled less than 7 days in advance (but more than 24 hours) incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled 24 hours or less in advance incur a $100 cancellation fee.

 

Refunds equate to the price of the booked reading, less the card processing fees and any additional fees for canceling within 7 days or 24 hours.

 

Suppose you do not show up to your appointment (defined as not attending within the first 15 minutes of the call start time) or attempt to cancel during or after the session. In that case, you automatically forfeit your payment, and no refund will be issued.

 

Merchandise

At Grand Trine Astrology, we may offer Astrological merchandise (a physical product that does not include software, classes, digital products, or recordings.) This merchandise is offered through our affiliate partners, and links from our site will take you to their site for ordering (i.e., Nature Reflections.)

 

The affiliate's responsibility is all customer service for Merchandise, including returns, refunds, exchanges, product information, and any other support. Please reach out to them for assistance. Grand Trine Astrology is not responsible for orders placed through one of our affiliates.
